CLEANING:
Our caretakers are very picky, take their time and put the effort in. We moved to EPA-suggested cleaning solutions and cleaning all high touch surfaces including tables, light switches, doorknobs, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, and of course sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.
OTHER:
We do require that each guest confirm that none of their guests are sick, show symptoms or have recently had the disease.
CANCELLATIONS:
We have modified our policies to include full credits for most cases where guests who cannot use their reserved dates may use the funds for a future stay with extended availablity.
WE ARE OPEN!
Like many homeowners we've had cancellations but we've also had a resurgence in bookings. We are open, taking reservations & discounted our published rates as well. SO many families are looking to get away & enjoy a fun retreat away from it all. The town of Cambridge has numerous shopping & restaurants and especially crab/seafood vendors open & eager to help make your's a great stay.
